Peanut Butter Sundae for Two

Share this delightful sundae with someone special

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter
6 scoops Vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons nuts, chopped

Directions:

In a sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, milk and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.

Spoon ice cream into one bowl. Cover with warm peanut butter topping. Add chopped nuts.
